In this beta release all videos can beviewed for free.
Reward will be intelectually straight from the start. In discussions about your video (be it in threads of messages right under your video itself or in forum topics) sharing knowledge about the thing that comes from your hart, that should be considered a great reward coming from your colleguaes. You will runinto intellectual recognition (high rates) but maybe also a strong, painful advice (lower ratings) to change or further improve your technique, referring to a video from another collegue.
