abstract
It's all about vectors in the face. In this slide show a provocative statement is being made to place cases for ageing in the face and their treatments in the right perspective. Only if there is a ptosis in the face, lifting is indicated. At the same time this vector of lifting should be directly op...
posite to the vector of ptosis, both along the same 1D line. Only when there is a 2D cause for the ageing (like fine wrinkles due to a divergentic vector) peeling and/or injectables should be considered. But when the origin of the matter is a loss of 3D support, not lifting nor injectabels can be the right answer, only a technique with a 3D outward vector should be considered. The refined Coleman procedure is preferred by the author (see video elsewhere in the SurgyTec database).
reason, objective, purpose
A clear concept of what to do in the face, where, when and how. And why injectables have an effect limited to 2D issues only.
