vested. After activation with pro-trombine, the PRP is mixed with the fat for lipofilling. The PRP is believed to bring several growth factors into the wound bed stimulating neo-vascularisation, allowing for better take of larger quantities of fat in a one-step procedure. In stead of an average of 240 cc now over 300 cc of fat can be injected per side with good graft survival (preliminary results form a retrospective study in progress).
