abstract
this video statement is bringing the thesis that activated autologeous platelet rich plasma (PRP) allow larger quantities of fat cell ingrowth when performing lipofilling of breasts or buttocks. vested. After activation with pro-trombine, the PRP is mixed with the fat for lipofilling. The PRP is believed to bring several growth factors into the wound bed stimulating neo-vascularisation, allowing for better take of larger quantities of fat in a one-step procedure. In stead of an average of 240 cc now over 300 cc of fat can be injected per side with good graft survival (preliminary results form a retrospective study in progress).
reason, objective, purpose
