abstract
In the Hysteroscopic Myomectomy with Direct Mobilization we do the mobilization of the fibroid the same way we do it in laparotomy and laparoscopy surgeries. Using the work instrument in shape of “L, we do the section of the endometrium around the fibroid until getting to it. At t...
his time we start the direct mobilization of the fibroid in all directions, doing the coagulation only the vessels that are bleeding. When we do this technique the fibroid comes out of the myometriun because the previously compressed muscle, now without tension, comes back to its original place. This descompression of the miometriun and fibroid mobilization bring the fibroid out progressively. When the fibroid is totally in the cavity we do the slicing to remove it using grasping. In the Hysteroscopic Myomectomy with Direct Mobilization the bleeding, the perforation risk, the overload risk and the damage of the uterine cavity are less than in the slicing technique.
