This lady presented with subcuteneous abscess and examination revealed localised rupture of emphyma Gall bladder. She underwent lap cholecystectomy safely.This high lights the safety of carefully done procedure.
reason, objective, purpose
Lap chole is established as procedure of choice for simple gall stones. Its indication are being extended to acute cholecystitis of late. Difficult gall bladders also can be tackeled by this procedure in expert hands safely. The out come advantages of lap chole is extended to these patients also.
