abstract
Perimenopausal patient with a persisiting left ovarian cyst, 4 cm, benign aspect on ultrasound, normal CA-125.
reason, objective, purpose
Patient preferred a removal of her enlarged ovary with as less scars as possible.
materials used
Covidien SILS port was used, 5 mm, 30 degree scope, 1 roticulating grasper and a new 5 mm sealer from Covidien.
