abstract
This is an advanced tehnique of minimal invasive parathyroid surgery with small colar incision 1 cm wide and use of harmonic scalpel. This is a good choice for small adenomas in the neck up to 2 cm long.
reason, objective, purpose
The purpose is to show an efective and good way to cure primary hiperparathyroidism caused by single parathyroid adenoma.

All patient undergone surgery from 2007 to 2009. for primary hyperparathyroidism caused by adenomas.
